Fauxwood Venetian blinds offer the warm, timber look of a wooden Venetian blind with far greater resistance to moisture — a practical choice for the kitchens and bathrooms found in Elephant and Castle's new residential towers. Kelly's Blinds fits every blind made to measure, crafted from high-quality PVC that won't warp under fluctuating conditions.
The blinds are designed to replicate the refined grain of natural wood with real accuracy, making them a natural fit for the design-conscious apartments and boutique commercial spaces appearing around Elephant Park and Strata.
Every fauxwood venetian blinds installation is measured on site and completed by our own team, not a subcontractor working to a fixed day rate, so the PVC fauxwood slat performs exactly as specified near Strata and still looks sharp well beyond the first year.
Lead times around Strata can move quickly as new phases of the development complete, so we keep enough PVC fauxwood slat stock in common finishes to turn a straightforward fauxwood venetian blinds installation around without the long waits some larger suppliers quote as standard.
A number of our fauxwood venetian blinds enquiries near Strata come from letting agents and property managers preparing a unit between tenancies, where turnaround time matters as much as the finish. We schedule those jobs with that pressure in mind, without cutting corners on the PVC fauxwood slat specification itself.
Fauxwood Venetian blinds, crafted from high-quality PVC, are completely moisture-resistant, ensuring they won't warp under changing conditions. Professionally fitted by our experts, they are an ideal choice for kitchens, bathrooms and other high-humidity areas, with a material that resists cracking and fading so the blinds retain their shape for years.
The PVC surface resists dust and stains, requiring only a damp cloth for cleaning. A robust corded control system allows for seamless light adjustment, while the sturdy headrail design keeps the blinds stable and easy to operate, even with frequent daily use.
Fabric and mechanism quality matter more in a fast-growing area like this than almost anywhere else in London, simply because of how much daily use each fauxwood venetian blinds installation gets in a densely occupied building near Elephant Park. We specify components rated for genuine repeated use rather than the lighter-duty parts found in flat-pack alternatives, so the mechanism keeps operating smoothly long after the initial fit-out gloss has worn off.
That same durability standard applies whether the fauxwood venetian blinds installation is going into a private apartment, a shared office floor or a public-facing reception. Every installation is carried out with precision by our own team and backed by our quality fitting guarantee, giving residents, tenants and facilities managers one less thing to worry about as the building around them keeps changing.

New-build kitchens and bathrooms are common throughout the apartments rising around Elephant Park, while boutique cafés and design-led offices near Strata often want the warmth of timber without the maintenance concerns of the real thing.
Fauxwood Venetian blinds answer that brief precisely, made to measure and professionally fitted for a finish that looks like wood and performs like PVC.
For facilities teams and letting agents, that means a fitting partner who can adapt to a building that is still, in effect, being finished — coordinating around other trades near Elephant Park rather than expecting a fully settled site.
It also means demand is genuinely mixed rather than seasonal: new occupiers are moving into buildings near Elephant Park throughout the year, not just at the start of a typical moving season, which keeps our local fitting schedule busy on a rolling basis.
That pace of change also affects how a fitting service needs to operate day to day: access arrangements, building management contacts and even street names around Elephant Park can shift as each phase completes, so a supplier that only ever worked from an old site plan quickly falls behind.
As Elephant and Castle continues to fill in around Elephant Park and Strata, Kelly's Blinds remains a consistent point of contact for fauxwood venetian blinds fitting, regardless of which developer or landlord is managing the building.
