Aluminium Venetian blinds bring a refined, modern style to the new apartments and townhouses spreading across Kidbrooke Village. Kelly's Blinds fits every blind made to measure, using flexible, high-quality aluminium slats engineered to retain their shape for years, even with frequent use.
Whether specified in white for a new-build kitchen in the Central Gardens phase or a darker shade to complement a Skyview Gardens apartment, our team ensures a flawless, precisely fitted finish.
Every installation is measured on site and completed by our own team, not a subcontractor, so the aluminium slat performs exactly as specified and still looks sharp well beyond the first year of a new home.
Lead times across Kidbrooke Village can move quickly as new phases complete, so we keep enough aluminium slat stock in common finishes to turn a straightforward installation around without the long waits some larger suppliers quote as standard.
Aluminium Venetian blinds are the practical specification for Kidbrooke Village kitchens, where steam, wiping down and a slim reveal rule out real wood. A 25mm slat sits cleanly in the compact windows between Cator Park and the Sainsbury's side of the Village, and it tilts for privacy without covering the glass with a heavy cloth.
Unique colours, varied finishes and multiple sizes are only the beginning of what we offer. One of the key advantages of aluminium Venetian blinds is their inherent simplicity, combined with the ease of professional fitting provided by our experienced team.
The aluminium material is highly resistant to moisture and temperature changes, making these blinds suitable for even the most demanding kitchens and bathrooms in a new-build home. Every installation is fully backed by our quality fitting guarantee, and the smooth surfaces are notably easy to clean.
Fabric and mechanism quality matter more in a fast-growing development than in an established street, simply because of how much daily use each installation gets in a busy family kitchen. We specify components rated for genuine repeated use rather than the lighter-duty parts found in flat-pack alternatives.
That same durability standard applies whether the installation is going into a Central Gardens apartment or a Navigator Place rental. Every installation is carried out with precision by our own team and backed by our quality fitting guarantee.
Our quality fitting guarantee isn't just a line in a quote — residents across Kidbrooke Village do call it in occasionally, usually after a new-build settles or a mechanism needs a minor adjustment, and we treat that call the same way we treat the original job.
That matters more while nearby phases are still under construction, where dust, vibration or a slightly shifted frame can occasionally affect a recently fitted blind.
Aluminium Venetian blinds earn their place in Kidbrooke on wet, busy windows. A kitchen that is wiped down weekly needs a slat that will not swell and a mechanism that still tilts after grease and steam. Bathrooms are the same specification. Living rooms that want warmth are usually better in wood or a fabric, and we split the order that way.

Aluminium is highly resistant to moisture and temperature changes, so the slats stand up well to steam and humidity in the new-build kitchens and bathrooms found across Kidbrooke Village’s phases. That resistance means the finish still looks sharp after several years of daily cooking and showering.
Individually adjustable slats let you fine-tune light and privacy throughout the day, and the clean, industrial finish also suits the contemporary apartment interiors found across the development. Many residents angle the slats to bounce light onto the ceiling rather than blocking it out entirely.
No — the smooth aluminium surfaces are notably easy to clean and need minimal upkeep, which suits busy households close to Kidbrooke Village Square and Cator Park. A quick wipe every few weeks is usually all that’s needed to keep them looking new.
Every blind is measured on site and fitted made to measure by our own team, so the mechanism performs exactly as specified. The service is backed by our quality fitting guarantee, including aftercare if a mechanism needs adjusting after a new building settles, and we keep common finishes in stock to avoid long waits.

Kidbrooke Village Square, with its Sainsbury's, Starbucks and Kidbrooke Food Market, sits close enough to most of the development's kitchens that a fitting visit rarely means a long trip for a resident popping in and out. New-build kitchens and bathrooms across the village's phases are common, and both need a durable, low-maintenance window treatment that copes with daily steam and wear.
Aluminium Venetian blinds suit that setting well: moisture-resistant, easy to clean, and fitted precisely to match the frame and interior finish chosen by the development's designers.
Demand across Kidbrooke Village is genuinely mixed rather than seasonal — new occupiers move into Waterlily Court, Lily Residences and the other phases throughout the year, not just at the start of a typical moving season, which keeps our local fitting schedule busy on a rolling basis.
Because so much of the village is newly built, our team is used to working around developer snagging lists and Berkeley's building-management sign-off, rather than treating every installation as a standalone job.
With Kelly's Blinds, Kidbrooke Village residents get a made-to-measure aluminium venetian blinds fitting service shaped around one of Greenwich's fastest-growing neighbourhoods: precise, dependable and fitted by people who actually turn up.
